We completed a complex sewer service at a hillside property in Burbank experiencing severe drainage issues caused by root intrusion and deteriorating piping. Due to the terrain and limited access, our team carefully exposed the cleanout and sewer access points before performing high-pressure hydro jetting to remove roots, debris, and buildup from the line. Once the sewer was fully cleaned and verified, we installed a trenchless sewer liner to reinforce the existing pipe from the inside, sealing cracks and preventing future root intrusion. After the liner cured, the system was tested to confirm smooth flow and long-term reliability. The surrounding area was left clean and functional, restoring full drainage to the home without the need for extensive excavation.
