Does the warranty cover the entire sewer line?

It covers the specific section(s) replaced and documented in your original scope/invoice. Existing sections outside the replacement area are not included.

What about root damage or ground shifting?

Damage from roots, ground movement, settling, earthquakes, or other external forces is excluded — these are environmental factors outside workmanship control.

Do permits and inspections affect the warranty?

Yes — work must follow applicable code and permit/inspection requirements. This protects both you and the warranty by ensuring everything is done to standard.

Labor to correct covered workmanship issues on the replaced sewer line (eligible sections only)

What's Not Covered

Existing or undisclosed line conditions outside the replaced section(s)
Damage caused by roots, ground movement, settling, earthquakes, or external forces
Improper use (flushing prohibited items) or abuse of the system
Blockages caused by grease, wipes, foreign objects, or new downstream/upstream issues outside the replaced section(s)
City mainline issues, street lateral issues, or issues beyond the property line unless included in the contracted scope
Work performed or modified by others after completion
