• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications
• Customer-supplied materials or fixtures (unless explicitly stated)

What’s covered

• Priority scheduling for qualifying emergency plumbing situations
• Same-day or within 24-hour response for critical service outages
• Emergency repair or temporary restoration to stabilize the system

What’s not covered

• Non-emergency or routine service requests
• Delays caused by lack of site access, utility shutdowns, or required third-party approvals
• Parts or materials not immediately available due to manufacturer or supplier limitations
• Major reconstruction or full system replacements requiring permits or inspections
• Events caused by natural disasters, city shutdowns, or unsafe site conditions

What’s covered

• A return visit to clear the same line again if it clogs within the coverage period
• A no-charge re-clear for covered repeat stoppages in the same line

What’s not covered

• Collapsed, bellied, offset, or broken pipe conditions
• Root intrusion or severe root re-growth that requires repair/replacement
• Damaged, deteriorated, or failing pipe that needs structural correction
• New blockages caused by improper use, foreign objects, or changes to the plumbing system
• Lines not verified with a camera during the original service

What’s covered

• Covered defects in workmanship related to the sewer line replacement performed by Drip Too Hard Plumbing
• Labor to correct covered workmanship issues on the replaced sewer line (eligible sections only)

What’s not covered

• Existing or undisclosed line conditions outside the replaced section(s)
• Damage caused by roots, ground movement, settling, earthquakes, or external forces
• Improper use (flushing prohibited items) or abuse of the system
• Blockages caused by grease, wipes, foreign objects, or new downstream/upstream issues outside the replaced section(s)
• City mainline issues, street lateral issues, or issues beyond the property line unless included in the contracted scope
• Work performed or modified by others after completion

What’s covered

• Covered defects in workmanship related to the pipe bursting replacement performed by Drip Too Hard Plumbing
• Labor to correct covered workmanship issues on the burst-replaced section(s)

What’s not covered

• Pre-existing structural issues outside the replaced section(s)
• Root intrusion originating from connections or sections not replaced
• Ground movement, settling, earthquakes, or external forces
• Damage caused by other contractors, remodeling, excavation, or impact
• Blockages caused by foreign objects, grease, wipes, or misuse
• City mainline issues or sections beyond the contracted scope

What’s covered

• Covered defects in workmanship related to the liner installation performed by Drip Too Hard Plumbing
• Labor to correct covered workmanship issues on the lined section(s) when eligible

What’s not covered

• Collapsed, severely offset, or structurally failed pipe conditions not suitable for lining
• Root intrusion from sections, connections, or transitions not included in the lined scope
• Damage caused by ground movement, settling, earthquakes, or external forces
• Blockages caused by foreign objects, grease, wipes, or misuse
• Damage caused by other contractors or later modifications to the system
• Sections outside the lined area or beyond the contracted scope
