How does the Flow Guarantee™ work?

After we clear your drain or main line and verify the result with a camera inspection, the Flow Guarantee covers that specific line for one full year. If it clogs again, we come back and re-clear it at no cost.

Does the guarantee apply to all drain clearing services?

It applies to any drain or main line clearing performed by Drip Too Hard Plumbing, as long as the line is camera-verified during the same service visit.

What isn't covered by the Flow Guarantee?

Structural pipe issues like collapses, bellies, or offsets; severe root re-growth requiring repair; and new blockages from foreign objects or misuse are excluded.

Why is camera verification required?

The camera confirms the line is clear and identifies any pre-existing conditions. Without verification, we can't distinguish between a covered re-clog and a new structural issue.

1 year coverage

Flow Guarantee™ — 1-Year Drain Clearing Warranty

We clear it, camera-verify it, and guarantee the flow for 12 months. If the same line backs up again within the coverage period, we return and re-clear it — no charge, no questions.

What's Covered

A return visit to clear the same line again if it clogs within the coverage period
A no-charge re-clear for covered repeat stoppages in the same line

What's Not Covered

Collapsed, bellied, offset, or broken pipe conditions
Root intrusion or severe root re-growth that requires repair/replacement
Damaged, deteriorated, or failing pipe that needs structural correction
New blockages caused by improper use, foreign objects, or changes to the plumbing system
Lines not verified with a camera during the original service

Any Drain or Main line clearing method is performed by Drip Too Hard Plumbing
A camera inspection is performed on the cleared line during the same service visit
The guarantee applies to the same line that was cleared and camera-verified
