Pipe bursting is a trenchless method that replaces an existing pipe by pulling a new, larger pipe through the old one — breaking the old pipe apart as the new one takes its place. No open trenches required.

It covers workmanship defects on the pipe-bursting replaced section(s) performed by Drip Too Hard Plumbing, including labor to correct covered issues.

Are roots or ground movement covered?

No — root intrusion from unreplaced connections and damage from ground movement, earthquakes, or external forces are excluded since they're outside workmanship control.

Does the warranty cover work done by other contractors?

No. The warranty only covers the section(s) replaced by Drip Too Hard Plumbing. Damage caused by other contractors, remodeling, or excavation after the job is excluded.

Pre-existing structural issues outside the replaced section(s)
Root intrusion originating from connections or sections not replaced
Ground movement, settling, earthquakes, or external forces
Damage caused by other contractors, remodeling, excavation, or impact
Blockages caused by foreign objects, grease, wipes, or misuse
City mainline issues or sections beyond the contracted scope

Warranty applies only to the pipe-bursting replaced section(s) documented in the original scope/invoice
Required permits/inspections are obtained when applicable

Coverage starts: From the date the pipe bursting replacement is completed.
