When does the warranty start?

Coverage begins on the date the covered work is completed and lasts for two full years.

Does this warranty cover parts and fixtures?

No — this is a labor warranty. Manufacturer defects in parts or fixtures are covered under the manufacturer's own warranty. We'll help coordinate if needed.

What if I supplied my own materials?

Customer-supplied materials are excluded unless explicitly included in your service agreement. We recommend letting us source materials so everything stays covered.
